 REFUND POLICY
Registration & Fees
Registration is required for all students. An annual registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 5th. All fees must be paid in full to maintain student placement in classes.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for memberships, class packages, private classes or special events.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership fees are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle. Clients are responsible for canceling their membership prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
Class packages and private classes packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions do not carry over to next month. Makeup classes available. Packages must be used before their expiration date.
Trial classes and introductory offers are non-refundable.
In the event of a medical emergency or documented relocation, management may review refund requests at its sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes. Clients are responsible for canceling or rescheduling appointments according to studio policy.
By purchasing any service, membership, or package, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Group classes require a minimum of 24-hour notice if a student will be absent from class.
Clients who provide at least 24-hour notice may schedule a make-up class within the same calendar month, subject to availability. Make-up classes must be used within the same month and do not carry over to the following month.
Private classes require a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged 100% of the class.
Rescheduled private classes must be coordinated directly with the studio administrator and are subject to availability.
All private class packages must be used within 1–2 months of purchase, depending on the selected package. 10+ private classes can be used within 2 months. Unused classes after the expiration period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your private appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the studio’s control, classes may be canceled or rescheduled at the studio’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
Attendance & Punctuality
Regular attendance is crucial for progress. Students should arrive 10 minutes prior to class to prepare. Frequent absences may result in the student being unable to participate in performances. Please notify the studio if a student will be absent.
Dress Code
Proper dance attire and footwear are required for safety and hygiene. Hair must be pulled back and away from the face. Specific requirements for each discipline can be found in our student handbook. Bulky jewelry and loose clothing are not permitted in the studios.
Studio Conduct
We maintain a positive and supportive environment. Respect towards instructors and fellow students is mandatory. Cell phones are not allowed in the studios. Food and drinks (other than water) are restricted to the lobby area only.
