Studio Guidelines & FAQ

Studio Policies

  • To ensure a premium experience for every dancer and family, please follow our studio guidelines.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early in proper dance attire for your specific class.
  • We value respect and safety above all, so please refrain from running in common areas.
  • To maintain focus, parents are asked to keep the lobby quiet.
  • Food and drinks (except water) and phone use are strictly for outside the studio floor.
  • We offer limited make-up classes via appointment and have a strict no-refund policy on monthly tuitions.
  • By joining, you consent to our use of photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Studio Rules & Guidelines

💳 PAYMENT RULES

  • Tuition must be paid before the 1st day of each month.
  • A late fee of $25 applies after the 1st of the month.
  • After the 10th of the month, an additional late fee may be added.
  • Students with unpaid balances may not be allowed to participate in classes.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Discounted programs are non-refundable.
  • Early registration specials are final sale.
  • Missed classes are not refundable.
  • Monthly tuition reserves the student’s spot in class.
  • Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.
  • No refunds for vacations, holidays, or missed days.
  • Returned payments incur an additional processing fee.
  • Private lessons must be prepaid.
  • Packages for private lessons expire after 30 days unless otherwise approved.
  • Unused lessons do not roll over automatically.
  • Studio reserves the right to update pricing with notice.
  • Competition fees are separate from tuition.
  • Costume fees are non-refundable after ordering.
  • Camp payments are non-refundable once the program begins.
  • Holding a spot without payment is not guaranteed.

👗 Dress Code

  • Hip-Hop: Comfortable sportswear and clean sneakers.
  • Ballroom Dance: Yuventa uniform or elegant dancewear with ballroom or ballet shoes.
  • Gymnastics: Leggings or shorts with a fitted top and socks.
  • Aerial Silks: Leggings and a fitted top or leotard that fully cover legs and waist for safety.

📅 ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULING

  • Students should arrive 5–10 minutes early.
  • Excessive absences may affect performance opportunities.
  • Make-up classes are subject to availability.
  • Studio is not responsible for missed information due to absence.
  • Schedule changes may happen if needed.
  • Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be allowed into class.
  • Parents must notify the studio if a child will be absent.
  • Consistent attendance is required for competition teams.
  • Students must attend rehearsals before performances.
  • Studio may combine groups if necessary.

🩰 CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR

  • Respect for coaches and staff is mandatory.
  • Bullying is strictly prohibited.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class.
  • Physical aggression is not tolerated.
  • Students must listen during instruction.
  • Running inside the studio is prohibited.
  • Students must keep the studio clean.
  • Food is not allowed inside dance rooms.
  • Gum chewing during class is prohibited.
  • Phones should remain silent during training.
  • Students must treat equipment carefully.
  • Yelling and inappropriate language are prohibited.
  • Repeated behavior issues may lead to suspension.

  • Studio may use photos/videos for promotional purposes.

  • Recording full classes is not allowed.
  • Posting disrespectful comments about the studio may result in dismissal.
  • Studio branding and choreography remain studio property.
